Poll within PowerPoint presentations. Easily create interactive question slides. Results are displayed on screen in real-time and captured in detailed reports.

Build a Question List

Use the following steps while building your question list:

  1. Launch TP5
  2. Select Content Tab
  3. Select Question List
  4. Select New
  5. Name Question List
  6. Click Save
  7. Insert your questions and answer choices
  8. Once complete, click close (lower right corner)
  9. Click Save and Close (lower right corner)
    (Content made in the TP5 content tab
    can be used in all polling environments)

Run a Presentation

Use the following steps to run a presentation:

  1. Plug in Receiver
  2. Launch TurningPoint
  3. Select Participant List (optional)
  4. Select Presentation under Content
  5. Select PowerPoint Polling
  6. Run the Presentation
  7. Save Session
  8. Generate Reports

Poll with any Mac® or PC application. Floating toolbar allows you to poll with Keynote® presentations, Word documents, web pages, videos, PDFs and more.

Build a Question List

Use the following steps while building your question list:

  1. Launch TP5
  2. Select Content Tab
  3. Select Question List
  4. Select New
  5. Name Question List
  6. Click Save
  7. Insert your questions and answer choices  
  8. Once complete, click close (lower right corner)
  9. Click Save and Close (lower right corner)(Content made in the TP5 content tab can be used in all polling environments)

Run a Presentation

Use the following steps to run a presentation:

  1. Plug in Receiver
  2. Launch TurningPoint
  3. Select Participant List (optional)
  4. Select Presentation under Content
  5. Select Anywhere Polling
  6. Open Polling
  7. Close Polling
  8. Save Session
  9. Generate Reports

Create digital tests for new or existing exams and quizzes, and administer self-paced summative assessments.

Build a Question List

Use the following steps to build a question list:

  1. Launch TP
  2. Select Content Tab
  3. Select Question List
  4. Select New
  5. Name Question List
  6. Click Save
  7. Insert your questions and answer choices
  8. Once complete, click close (lower right corner)
  9. Click Save and Close (lower right corner) (Content made in the TP5 content tab can be used in all polling environments)

Run Self-Paced Testing

Use the following steps to run a Self-Paced testing session:

  1. Plug in Receiver
  2. Launch TurningPoint 5
  3. Select Participant List (optional)
  4. Select Presentation under Content
  5. Select Self Pace Polling
  6. Click Accept Logins
  7. Click Start Polling
  8. Click Stop Polling (once all participants are done)
  9. Save Session
  10. Generate Reports

Take a Self-Paced Test

Use the following steps to take a Self-Paced test:

  1. Click any button on the NXT ResponseCard to be placed into "test mode" (this is done after instructor opens polling)
  2. Select "OK" (function key in upper right corner)
  3. Proceed through the test
  4. Send test by selecting "OK"
  5. Read final message
